The charming atmosphere of the Karakoy area made my evenings delightful, especially with so many cozy spots to explore nearby. Staff assistance with transportation was a huge relief amidst the city's hustle.

Minimal facilities in the hotel!!! Only two coat hangers, inadequate bathroom mirror and no hooks for hanging items!!! This lack of basic necessities makes it difficult to properly store belongings or present oneself. Improvements needed!!!

The position of the hotel is unbeatable, just a short 5-10 minute walk from the bustling Galata port. The atmosphere in the Karakoy district is vibrant and full of engaging spots to eat and drink. I loved that the staff was very welcoming, always smiling and ready to offer help. The room was clean with a decent size, making my stay comfortable. However, one downside was the noise from the hallway and outside, which disrupted my sleep at times. Also, the bathroom could use a little bit of updating, which would enhance the overall experience. I had a cozy stay, with a charming location, though a few improvements could make it even better.
